Scholls Creek is a 74 unit condominium community in the Progress Ridge area of Southwest Beaverton where Beaverton borders with Tigard and Hillsboro. The community was built in 1998 by Polygon Northwest. Homes are two or three bedrooms with single or double garages. Units are two or three stories. Each unit has a patio on the ground level that is adjacent to a common area.

Scholls Creek is juxtaposed between the Washington Square Mall and local farms. Progress Ridge Town Square is just one half of a mile away. It houses New Seasons Market as well as ACE Hardware, AMC Movie Theatre and Big Al's Bowling Alley and Sports Bar. You can sit outside with coffee from Ava or a meal from LaProvence next to the pond. Walkers, runners and bicyclists can also access the Westside Trail here. Albertsons is just kitty-corner from our property. There's also a Starbucks, a 24 Hour Fitness and a Walgreens near by at Murray Scholls Town Center. Summer Lake Park is just two miles away. It provides a dog park, sport courts and fields plus picnic tables. Our community is in the Beaverton School District, with Nancy Ryles Elementary, Conestoga Middle, and the new Mountainside High being our local schools.

Scholls Creek is managed by Bluestone & Hockley Condominium and HOA Management Company and the landscaping services are provided by A L & J Landscape, Inc. As of January 1, 2025, our HOA Dues are $442.00/month.

Scholls Creek is governed by a five member Board of Directors. Each of them is elected by the home owners at the annual meeting to serve a two year term. Another twenty percent of the community volunteers to serve on one of three committees. The committees are Architectural Review (ARC), Communications and Landscaping. Each committee meets regularly to fulfill charges and make recommendations to the Board of Directors.
